Sesame is the seed of a soft trunked herbaceous plant. Plants originating from Africa can thrive in tropical countries, including Indonesia. Currently, Sesame seeds has been widely cultivated by our farmers so that it is easy to find in the market and the price is relatively cheap.
Apart from being a raw material for sesame oil, sesame seeds can also be used as a cooking spice, cake mix and raw material for cosmetics.
